The Problem
SecureVault's security operations platform was drowning analysts in data. The dashboard showed everything at once, making it nearly impossible to triage threats quickly. Critical alerts were getting lost in noise, and analyst burnout was a real problem.
Our Approach
The Solution
We applied information hierarchy principles to surface only what matters, when it matters. A new threat severity system used color, size, and position to guide attention. We introduced a 'focus mode' that collapses non-critical data during active incidents, and a shift-handoff summary that reduced context-switching time.
